My Importers - Download Company Data & personalize columns

Learn how to use My Importers to get contact data and export company information in bulk.

My Importers is a feature of xNova’s platform that allows users to save individual companies into personalized lists. With this system, you can avoid repetitive searches and manual data entry into Excel sheets. Additionally, we keep all the information related to each company updated and enriched.


How to Save a Company in My Importers

  1. Search for a Company:
    Use any Importer Finder (available for all countries) to search for an importer.

  2. Save the Company:
    On the importer’s profile page, click “Save company & find contacts.” A pop-up will appear, allowing you to create a new list or select an existing one.

  3. Create a New List (Optional):
    To create a new list, type the name into the input bar and press ENTER. You can add a company to as many lists as you’d like.

  4. Add to List:
    Once you’ve selected all the relevant lists, click “Add to list.”


How to Access Lists in My Importers

  • After saving a company, click “See company list” from the confirmation pop-up.

  • Alternatively, access My Importers from the side menu.

  • If you have already created a list, you can access it and My Importers from the Home page.


Understanding the Columns in My Importers

Each list includes several auto-generated columns:

  • Company Name:
    The name of the importing company (not editable). Click it to open the company’s profile.

  • Country:
    The importer’s country (editable).

  • Website:
    Usually auto-filled. You can modify it if incorrect.
    Note: We use this URL to enrich data fields like contacts and descriptions.

  • Main Contact:
    Contains all contact details for the company. This field is auto-generated and periodically updated. Clicking it opens a pop-up with all contacts found. You can edit or add contacts.

  • Description:
    Auto-generated based on the company’s transactions and website content.

  • Rating:
    Allows you to rank companies according to your own criteria.

  • Last Interaction:
    Lets you track your latest engagement with the importer.

  • Last Shipments:
    Shows the number of shipments from the last month (auto-generated).

Additionally, you can create unlimited custom columns.


How to Download Lists from My Importers

  1. Select Companies:
    Use the checkbox next to “Company Name” to select all or specific rows.

  2. Apply Actions:
    After selection, a banner will appear at the bottom of the screen with the following options:

    • Remove from list: Removes companies from the current list but retains them in other lists.

    • Delete: Completely deletes companies from all lists in My Importers.

    • Export: Download selected rows.

  3. Export Options:
    Choose between CSV or Excel formats. You can also decide whether to include contact details in the export.
