To ensure full transparency regarding the data available on the platform, we’ve created this table to clarify it.
We’ve grouped the information into different categories, as they are displayed on the platform:
Importers Data
This section includes all the information we have about an importing company:
Importer name and products are the only two fields that are always available.
Contact data of the purchasing manager (some companies may have blank fields if no contact information was found).
Price of the transaction (and unit price).
Suppliers (referred to as "exporters" on the platform), including company name, address, and related details.
Country of origin (of suppliers). In some cases, we may not provide the supplier’s name, but we can provide the country of origin for each transaction made by the importer.
Exporters Data
As mentioned, the companies labeled as "exporters" are those from any country exporting to the market you’re viewing, and thus they act as suppliers to importers in that market.
If the market has a green checkmark, it indicates that we have all the other relevant fields available: company name, address, products, transactions, and in some cases, transaction price and unit.
